Olextra ApS specializes in the production of natural, plant-based ingredients derived from olive pomace — the often-overlooked by-product of olive oil production. This innovative approach not only addresses a critical environmental challenge, but also provides a range of high-quality, value-added products for various applications. Olives contain many potent bioactive components such as hydroxytyrosol, maslinic acid, oleocanthal, and squalene.
Using an advanced bioprocessing technique, we have enhanced and standardized the components naturally found in olive fruit.
